So, I’m enjoying this little exercise, even if no one else is. Here’s another entry. This is “Matthew” from the late great John Denver. It’s a song at least in part about life on a Kansas wheat farm, and it doesn’t get any more Great Plains than that.

I’ll suggest “On The Road Again” by Canned Heat with fond memories of the single-track and two-lane roads I have walked on while hiking in the grasslands.
